	It is with a heavy heart that I report that oil and tar have reached Mississippi&#39;s Shores...</p>
<p>
	At this point in time Biloxi Back Bay and the Bay of St. Louis remain open.&nbsp; Our local governments have taken it upon themselves to do what has been ignored by the powers that be, thus far...</p>
<p>
	PROTECTING the Bays and the marsh that they lead to.&nbsp; My only hope is that it will not be too little too late.&nbsp;</p>

	<span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms,cursive;">I know it has been a while since I have been on here, our first year has been fast and furious.&nbsp; I am afraid that I have been swept up in the tide.&nbsp; </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms,cursive;">I am here to tell you that the oil has NOT arrived here on the Mississippi Coast.&nbsp; Inshore fishing is wide open!&nbsp; Fishing is GOOD!&nbsp; The Mississippi Fishing Rodeo is a GO!&nbsp; Independence Day weekend is going to be a weekend of FISHING!&nbsp; The redfish and speckled trout shoot-outs are a GO!&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms,cursive;">I am extremely happy to be building a rod to be used as a prize at the Rodeo.&nbsp; I will post pictures as I take them. &nbsp;</span></span></p>
